- Browse our library of painting designs—everything from cheerful florals to custom pet portraits and fill out a simple inquiry to book a private party. We’ll contact you within 24 hours to get the details and secure your date.
- Or select one of our upcoming public paint-and-sip events (check the calendar).

Booking is easy.
Pay your deposit or full amount online via our secure booking portal.
You’ll receive instant confirmation and a digital receipt.

We handle the details.
You’ll get:
- A confirmation email with the party details.
- Two reminders: one week before and one day before.
We arrive about 45 minutes early to set up—bringing all supplies like canvases, paints, easels, aprons, and cleaning materials.

Our friendly instructor guides the session (we bring our signature mother–daughter energy!) —no experience needed.

How does a private popup paint party work?
We bring the full art studio to your location—home, office, event venue, you name it! We handle setup, instruction, and cleanup. All you have to do is gather your guests and enjoy the creative fun. It’s like Painting with a Twist… but we come to you! (Depending upon the size of your party, we’ll even bring seating and tables.)
You’ll get to select your design from our painting gallery after booking. If you have something custom in mind, let us know—we may be able to create it for a small additional fee.
Most events run 1.5 to 2 hours, with some time before and after for setup and clean-up. Kids’ parties may run slightly shorter.
All painting supplies (canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, easels), setup and cleanup, and professional step-by-step instruction are included. We also include printed visuals of the painting design so everyone can follow along.
What’s the minimum rate to book a party?
We keep things simple. To book a private party with us, we just ask for a small group minimum and a deposit to save your date. Here’s the scoop:
Deposit
A $100 deposit holds your date and goes toward your total. It’s non-refundable, just to make sure we’re both committed. We’ll send you a friendly reminder, and your balance will be due 7 days before your event.
Minimum Rate
To keep things simple (and make sure we can bring the full experience to you), we have a $250 minimum to book a private party.
Here’s how it works. The $250 minimum can be met in different ways, for example: 10 guests at $25 each or 8 guests at $35 each, any combo that adds up to $250 or more. If your group pricing option doesn’t reach $250, no problem! You can still book, but the cost of the booking will default to $250.
Why the minimum? Because we’re a mobile studio, this helps us cover travel, setup, materials, and your instructor’s time—so your party runs smoothly from the first brushstroke to the final masterpiece.
How much does a party typically cost per painter?
Our pricing is simple and all-inclusive—no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons!
Here’s what you can expect:
Adult Parties: Usually $35–$55 per painter Perfect for girls’ night, team building, birthdays, or bridal showers. Sessions are typically 1.5–2 hours and include everything you need to create and take home your masterpiece.
Kids’ Parties: Usually $25-35 per painter Great for birthdays, school events, or creative playdates. Shorter session times and kid-friendly designs.
What’s included in the price? Canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, easels. Setup and cleanup. Step-by-step instruction from a friendly local artist. And of course… all the good vibes 🎉
Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
We get it—life happens! Here’s how we handle cancellations and reschedules for both private parties and ticketed events:
🎉Private Parties
A $100 deposit is required to hold your date and goes toward your balance.
The deposit is non-refundable, just to ensure we are both committed. Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We’ll send you a friendly reminder!
Need to cancel or reschedule within 7 days? While we can’t offer a refund on your balance at that point, we’ll do our best to reschedule your event for another available date. Full details will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
🖼️ Public Events (Individual Tickets)
If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our hosted events, you’re eligible for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Need to cancel closer to the event? Reach out—we’ll try to help if we can, or offer a credit when possible.
